INSPER é declarado instituto de Utilidade Pública

No dia 29/11, o Deputado Estadual Coronel Camilo conseguiu a aprovação do Projeto de Lei 429/2016, que declara o Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER) como instituto de utilidade pública. O projeto foi convertido na Lei 16.325/2016, publicada no Diário Oficial em 29 de novembro. Confira aqui a íntegra da lei.
O reconhecimento do INSPER surgiu como consequência da excelência dos serviços prestados à comunidade. Quando ocupou o cargo de Comandante-Geral da Polícia Militar de São Paulo, Coronel Camilo foi responsável pela celebração de uma série de convênios entre o INSPER e a Polícia Militar, para oferecer melhor capacitação e estímulo educacional aos policiais do Estado de São Paulo. Os cursos foram decisivos para a qualificação da formação do profissional de segurança pública.
O INSPER atua na capital de São Paulo desde 1987, ampliando suas atividades constantemente nas áreas de negócios, economia, direito, engenharia mecânica, engenharia mecatrônica e engenharia da computação. Entidade sem fins lucrativos, o INSPER tornou-se um centro de referência em educação na promoção de cursos, palestras e eventos voltados à geração de conhecimento, formação e aprimoramento educacional, técnico e profissional.

O Instituto é, ainda, signatário do “Principles for Responsible Management Education” (PRME), cuja iniciativa é da Organização das Nações Unidas – ONU. Referido programa é desenvolvido junto às escolas de negócios no mundo, promovendo a sustentabilidade empresarial e a responsabilidade social. O INSPER já havia sido reconhecido como entidade de Utilidade Pública Federal, por meio da Portaria nº 1611, de 3 de setembro de 2014, expedida pelo Ministério da Justiça.
